Dad

Since childhood mom tells kids.......

Do not go here, dad will beat.

Do not go there, dad will beat.

Do not climb trees, dad will beat.

Do not go to river, dad will beat.

If you won’t go to school, dad will beat,

If you won’t study, dad will beat.

If you do not do this, dad will beat,

If you do not do that, dad will beat

The kids start feeling scared of dad,

Terrified they go to school,

Dreadful of dad they study,

Kids learn to live in fear of dad.

Dad appears hard, scary and cruel.

Dad feels like a disciplinarian guy.

Dad is one whose appears strict even in kids dream.

Slowly kids start to neglect dad

They feel no love for dad,

They remove dad from heart,

They maintain distance from dad.

Kids feel it’s mother who sacrificed everything.

Children write poetry for mother,

Children sing songs about mother.

Kids don’t say dad is sunshine of there day.

No child says dad is cherry on the cake,

They do not say dad is a guiding angel.

Kids have no kind words for dad.

If children stumble and stub their feet, they never cry for dad.

With mother in the house, the house feels lively .

With father in the house, the house falls silent.

Children make promise in the name of mom.

Dad is not even considered good for a promise.

Kids praise mother Mary

Kids credit mom for their success

Kids call their country as mother land

However Dad, is a long exiled from the land and the children's heart.

Father remains only for namesake in the name of child as a surname.

Dad remains just a machine, giving money for the family.

Imaginary stories, novels and poems, never have space for "Stone cold" dad .

Despite this fact when father dies,

The Child feels vacuum

The child’s eyes get moist

The child feels carpet swept under feet.

The one who loves with her eyes closed is girlfriend .

The one who loves with open eyes open is friend.

The one who loves you with gazing eyes is wife.

The one who loves till eyes are closed by death is mother.

But the one who loves without a glimpse of love in their eyes are fathers.
